Manager/Senior Manager, Public Art (Programmes & Outreach)

Full-time Position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and execute, in collaboration with various SAM departments and partners, public art programmes for a broad range of audiences
    • Plan and implement outreach and engagement strategies
    • Generate content including programme materials, reports, marketing, online content etc
    • Manage the programmes schedule, budgets, as well as associated financial approvals, procurement and payment processes in accordance to organisation policies
    • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 3–5 years (M)/ 5–8 years (SM) of experience in the museum, arts and culture sector or equivalent. Candidates applying for the Senior Manage position should have minimum 3 years’ experience working in similar capacity or possess a good track record of projects/programmes
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies, Art Management, or a related field
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Creative, motivated, dynamic, and outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Attentive to details and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
